The color would work on all skin tones and especially for warm skin tones. It is a super creamy lipstick with almost opaque coverage. On Hold is a very unique blend of coral and rose pink. On the lipstick scale, I think these feel creamier and thicker than MAC Lustre lipsticks do. MAC describes On Hold as mid tone yellow raspberry.
